Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders to represent The League’s ethos within Dubai’s elite and aspirational social circuits.
  • Map and grow the community authentically across social circuits such as art, entrepreneurship, F&B, tech, luxury, and media.
  • Plan and execute exclusive, culturally-relevant offline events, from intimate mixers to high-profile gatherings.
  • Collaborate with premium venues, hospitality partners, and cultural gatekeepers to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Provide deep cultural insight into relationships, dating norms, and professional segments specific to Dubai.
  • Act as the local brand voice, ensuring all activities are culturally resonant and respectful.
  • Activate community advocates and collaborate with local influencers and content creators.
  • Drive in-app product adoption and improve community engagement and retention through high-touch strategies.
  • Capture and share local market insights to influence product and communication strategy.

Requirements

  • Deeply embedded within Dubai’s cultural and professional scenes such as DIFC, Alserkal Avenue, luxury events, and crypto meetups.
  • Proven experience with luxury, lifestyle, or premium community brands.
  • Demonstrated track record in planning and executing offline events that prioritize community and quality.
  • Strong understanding of regional cultural sensitivities, especially regarding dating and gender.
  • Strategic, organized, and a strong relationship-builder.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in partnership with premium venues and hospitality brands.
  • Prior work with influencer or micro-influencer activations.
  • Event management background in lifestyle, tech, or luxury segments.
