Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual identity and creative execution of the Cribl brand across all digital and physical touchpoints to enhance brand recognition and market presence.
  • Develop and present compelling creative concepts that align with marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences, ensuring high-quality design standards.
  • Collaborate closely with field marketing, events, and content teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation at user conferences, tradeshows, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive visual storytelling through a diverse range of projects, from digital advertisements and presentation decks to physical merchandise and event collateral, maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, remote-first creative services team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where design expertise drives business success.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity development.
  • Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for design enhancement and creative exploration.
  • Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira for workflow tracking and task management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-first mindset, capable of navigating creative challenges effectively.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and experimental approach to design, willing to take calculated risks and explore innovative creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and contributing to a cohesive team dynamic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion design tools and techniques (e.g., After Effects) for dynamic visual content.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX considerations.
  • Experience in event marketing and tradeshow collateral design.
  • Understanding of B2B technology markets and their visual communication nuances.
  • Ability to adapt design styles to fit various campaign needs and target audiences.
