Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve visual identities, design systems, and toolkits that scale across channels
• Develop concepts, layouts, and design assets with high craft and consistency
• Ensure design work is on-brief, on-brand, and production-ready
• Collaborate with strategists and creative partners to translate insights into visual ideas
• Partner with account, client, and production teams to align design decisions with objectives
• Contribute to craft culture and mentor junior designers
• Explore how new technologies, AI, and platforms can enhance creative work

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand design and identity systems
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing identity and multi-channel applications
• Fluency in Arabic with a flair for Arabic typography
• High taste level with strong typography and layout skills
• Ability to connect design decisions to strategy and communicate rationale
• Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary team environments
