Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design social-first assets including branded templates, custom logos, and static content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Develop motion graphics elements such as lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and animated overlays for video content
  • Create high-quality presentation designs and pitch decks for internal and external partnerships
  • Build and maintain visual identity systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Performance Marketing teams to create high-converting creative assets
  • Research emerging design trends and social formats to keep brands relevant to Gen Z and Millennial audiences

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in brand design, digital design, or social content creation
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, typography, and layout with an emphasis on motion and social media
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and After Effects
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of social media design nuances across different platforms
  • Ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with the fast-paced nature of an in-house creative team
