Responsibilities

• Work with the art director and design operations to understand client requirements
• Articulate and lead the creative vision for various brands across all markets and touchpoints
• Evaluate existing designs and make professional recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into client projects
• Conduct thorough Brand Market Research including competitor analysis and target audience behavior
• Manage all stages of the brand design process from strategy and sketches to identity and style guides
• Create consistent, professional brand identities that resonate with corporate values
• Independently prioritize activities in alignment with project and company goals
• Build trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of professional design experience in brand identity
• In-depth understanding of brand development across various market verticals
• Proficiency in executing creative design stages collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and keen aesthetic sense for typography, color, and accessibility
• Solid skills in concept development, research, and presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• B2 level English language proficiency or higher
