Brand Host UAE (National)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all showroom visitors and event attendees with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Qualify walk-ins and event leads by understanding customer needs and routing them to the appropriate sales or service contact.
• Maintain showroom reception standards, manage visitor flow, and ensure waiting areas are comfortable and presentable.
• Provide product information, basic feature overviews, and schedule test drives or appointments for sales executives.
• Support brand activations, promotional events, and local marketing initiatives, including setup, guest registration, and on-site hospitality.
• Manage phone and digital enquiries, respond promptly to basic queries, and log leads into the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Aftersales teams to ensure smooth handovers and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, model availability, and showroom procedures.
• Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer service at all times.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as appointment confirmations, visitor badges, and daily reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive front-of-house roles.
• Experience in a showroom, hotel, events, or high-volume retail environment is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Valid UAE work authorization; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Warm, professional presence with excellent grooming and presentation.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
