Brand Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help establish the company’s new visual identity from the ground up
• Create mood boards, visual references, and initial brand concepts
• Develop a complete brand book, including colors, typography, and brand guidelines
• Design a modern, cohesive, and user-friendly company website in Figma
• Create graphics and visual assets for social media, campaigns, and digital channels
• Prepare organized design files and specifications for website developer handoff
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand consistency

Requirements

• Professional experience in graphic design or brand design
• Experience creating or refreshing a company’s visual identity
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Experience designing responsive websites or digital product interfaces
• Ability to create structured brand guidelines or brand books
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• UI/UX design experience
• Front-end development or website implementation experience
• Experience building a brand from its earliest stages
• Experience collaborating directly with website developers
