Brands Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and retail team in daily store operations, including inventory management, SKUing, and stock organization
• Support preparation of basic reports on sales, stock levels, and operational performance using Excel
• Participate in market and store visits to understand competitor activity and customer experience
• Support the implementation of retail initiatives and campaigns under guidance
• Help maintain high standards of merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and identifying simple trends or opportunities for improvement
• Learn to handle routine operational and administrative tasks, escalating complex issues to the General Manager
• Participate in cross-functional projects and on-the-job training to develop retail knowledge

Requirements

• UAE National with valid Emirati Family book (Khulasat Alqaid)
• University graduate or graduating soon
• Interest in fashion and luxury retail
• Basic Excel and reporting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt with a positive attitude
