Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint
- Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations
- Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships
- Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
- Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline the policy lifecycle
Requirements
- Sufficient experience to build a sizable book of business
- Necessary licenses for appropriate lines of business
- Strong sales and producer abilities
- Ability to handle high-volume deals and service policies quickly
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel based on client and agent needs
