Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint
  • Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations
  • Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships
  • Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
  • Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline the policy lifecycle

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience to build a sizable book of business
  • Necessary licenses for appropriate lines of business
  • Strong sales and producer abilities
  • Ability to handle high-volume deals and service policies quickly
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel based on client and agent needs
