Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Map and audit operational workflows across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Movers to identify bottlenecks and redundancies.
• Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as conversion rates, occupancy, and service delivery times.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational needs into system specifications and ensure solution adoption.
• Design and document automation workflows using tools like n8n to reduce manual work.
• Set up measurement frameworks to track process changes against clear KPIs.
• Create and maintain living documentation of business processes, system requirements, and SOPs.

Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement, ideally in logistics or warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills with the ability to create clear diagrams from complex workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills for presenting findings to leadership and working across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the storage, logistics, or real estate industry.
• Exposure to CRM systems, Jira, or ERP platforms.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to process automation.
