Business Analyst, Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client managers and patient care advocates reporting file-related or data issues
• Gather details to scope issues including client, file type, and impacted records
• Conduct thorough impact analyses to determine scope and severity
• Partner with Data Operations team members to validate findings and confirm root cause
• Build and maintain a dashboard or tracking tool for open issues
• Provide proactive, regular updates to stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, analyses, and resolutions
• Identify recurring issues for systemic or process fixes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar liaison role
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with PBM eligibility, accumulator, or claims data is a plus
• Willingness to travel 10-20%
