Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives within the Everyday Banking tribe
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and mobile UX alignment
• Partner with development teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Monitor and optimize KPIs including adoption, funnel conversion, and retention
• Translate regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements into functional specifications
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on user feedback and business value
• Support business stakeholders during UAT and post-release phases
• Review test cases and collaborate with QA teams to log and track bugs
• Maintain knowledge of UAE payment rails (UAEFTS, SWIFT/TT, AANI) and regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, AML/CTF)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role within digital or banking environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with test scenario identification and defect tracking
• Understanding of APIs, process mapping, and customer journey design

Preferred Qualifications

• CSPO certification or other relevant Business Analysis certifications
