Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Talent projects and SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Analyze existing Talent processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency using SAP SuccessFactors
• Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure secure data flow between systems
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases
• Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure system functionality meets business needs
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts
• Support change management efforts to help end-users adapt to new systems
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks related to data integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Talent
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration
• Proficiency in data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work virtually with global teams
• Fluency in English

• Additional certifications in business analysis
• Additional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors
