Business Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure complex problems
• Formulate hypotheses and analyze data to validate them
• Make decisions based on calculated risks
• Formulate business policies
• Monitor experiments, implementation, and results
• Act as a guardian of a data-driven decision culture
• Communicate findings to leadership and support strategic decisions

Requirements

• Ability to structure and solve complex problems
• Knowledge of statistics (Sample Sizing, Hypothesis Testing, etc.)
• Experience with A/B test planning and implementation
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in SQL
• High analytical capacity
• Business acumen
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, etc.)
• Previous experience in credit, collections, or risk areas
