Job description
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis
- Author and update internal and external documentation, formally delivering requirements
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
- Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to executive questions with research and recommendations
Requirements
- High proficiency with SQL and database management
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- High proficiency in technical writing
