Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, formally delivering requirements
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
  • Develop relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to executive questions with research and recommendations

Requirements

  • High proficiency with SQL and database management
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • High proficiency in technical writing
