Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and metrics using Looker and Sheets/Excel
• Perform analysis of campaign results and A/B tests to provide practical recommendations
• Analyze customer profiles, usage behavior, and engagement journeys
• Identify quantitative and qualitative hypotheses regarding gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels
• Monitor business indicators such as revenue, TPV, churn, and product adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing to execute and evaluate initiatives
• Contribute to economic and operational evaluations of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimates
• Ensure consistency and reliability of data bases and dashboards

Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analytics or similar roles
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
• Knowledge of applied statistics and A/B testing
• Familiarity with financial business indicators (TPV, margin, churn, incremental revenue)
