Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements in coordination with stakeholders
• Manage user stories, backlog, and work boards in JIRA, ensuring traceability and progress visibility
• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure objectives, scope, and quality are met
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support data-driven decision-making
• Prepare reports, requirements matrices, and executive presentations for senior management
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, acting as the main point of contact

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in JIRA (user story administration, boards, reporting)
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) with fluent oral and written communication skills in both languages
• Analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in foreign trade (customs processes, international logistics, or customs management systems)
• Experience with projects related to organizations such as the World Bank
