Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map complex operational workflows and processes across Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Support.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Design scalable internal systems and workflow logic to transform manual tasks into automated systems.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Rapidly prototype process improvements and AI-assisted workflows using low-code/no-code tools and lightweight models.
• Define process rules, edge cases, and decision logic for human-in-the-loop automated processes.
• Track and report on impact, including efficiency gains and reduction in manual workload.

Requirements

• Experience working with operational processes, internal systems, or workflow-heavy environments.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down messy processes into structured, executable logic.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for analysis, structuring, prototyping, and automation.
• Experience prototyping ideas and testing them within real operational contexts.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly from analysis to solution.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech, payments, compliance, or risk operations.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM-based tools.
• Background in regulated or high-scale operational environments.
