Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for daily/weekly executive and outlet views
  • Model and transform POS, ERP, inventory, and other data into a single source of truth
  • Publish/govern datasets, schedule refreshes, and manage row-level security
  • Automate KPI packs (email/Teams) and provide self-serve datasets
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses: menu engineering, pricing tests, seasonality, forecasting, benchmarking
  • Create documentation, data dictionaries, and user how-to guides
  • Monitor and improve data quality; resolve anomalies with vendors and internal teams
  • Handle ad-hoc stakeholder questions with fast queries and clear narratives

Requirements

  • 3+ years analytics/BI with 2+ years Microsoft BI (Power BI, Power Query, DAX)
  • Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) and data modeling (star/snowflake)
  • Track record simplifying messy operational data into executive dashboards
  • Business acumen in F&B/retail (store ops, margins, inventory, promos)
  • Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset; comfortable working fast with imperfect data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Foodics POS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Supy, or similar
  • Python for analysis/automation; Power Automate/Power Apps for workflows
  • Forecasting/experimentation (baseline vs. lift, cohorts, seasonality)
  • Arabic language skills
