Business Developer

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute a growth pipeline for elite crypto KOLs, professional traders, and high-frequency communities in Brazil
• Prospect and convert affiliate partners (Tier 1, 2, and 3) across YouTube, Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Present platform competitive advantages including AI-driven automated trading and institutional-grade security
• Maximize partner conversion and user retention using the Rewards Hub, weekly pools, and trading competitions
• Maintain precise data-driven tracking of the sales funnel and provide weekly reports on outreach, conversion, and trading volume
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Brazilian partner network to build long-term trust and optimize trading volume

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of direct Business Development experience in a Centralized Exchange (CEX)
• Active network of KOLs, affiliates, and crypto trading communities in Brazil
• Deep understanding of crypto futures markets, perpetual contracts, and margin mechanics
• Native or fluent Portuguese
• Intermediate to advanced English for global team alignment
• Understanding of the Brazilian regulatory landscape (CVM, Central Bank)
• Ability to participate in video interviews with camera on for identity verification

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of sustainable and ethical professional growth
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading, copy-trading infrastructure, and matching engines
• Experience using AI tools for prospecting and pipeline management
• Residency in Brazil (BRT / UTC-3 timezone)
