Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, strategic relationships with KOLs, influencers, and key Web3 voices in the MENA region.
  • Identify growth opportunities and growth loops inside communities, particularly those overlooked by other exchanges.
  • Spot emerging trends and act swiftly to capitalize on new market signals.
  • Operate with full autonomy while aligning closely with BingX’s mission and goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with creators or KOLs.
  • Native Arabic speaker based in the MENA region (eligible locations: UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey).
  • Deep knowledge of Web3, crypto, and regional market dynamics.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability to build authentic, long-lasting partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active and credible presence in Web3 or crypto communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Experience in growth strategy, business development, or influencer relations.
