Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned geographic territory to build and maintain relationships with allied healthcare employers
  • Conduct proactive outreach and cold calling to expand the employer network
  • Develop strategic employment plans to identify future job opportunities for graduates
  • Match graduates with suitable job opportunities and capture employer feedback
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, job orders, and placements in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics including call volume and placement goals

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, or career services
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a quiet home office and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or employment staffing
  • Advanced proficiency in sales and relationship management skills
