Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound retirement plan leads from marketing, partnerships, and referrals
  • Engage financial advisors, consultants, and referral partners to understand business needs
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities with timely follow-up
  • Partner with field sales and National Accounts teams to transition opportunities
  • Support advisor meetings, proposals, and presentations
  • Educate advisors on retirement plan design, compliance, and TPA services
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to retirement plans, financial advisor distribution, or institutional sales
