Responsibilities

  • Define the aviation growth strategy, including competition analysis and pursuit prioritization
  • Build executive-level relationships with airport owners, public agencies, and teaming partners
  • Lead high-value pursuits end-to-end, including capture strategy, win themes, proposals, and interviews
  • Mentor business development staff and develop the growing aviation function
  • Maintain pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and CRM management

Requirements

  • 15+ years of business development, capture, or client development experience
  • Established experience in aviation or adjacent public infrastructure
  • Proven success leading complex, executive-level pursuits from engagement to contract
  • Experience directing capture and proposal efforts
  • Strong executive presence and strategic judgment
  • Track record of developing people and working with cross-functional teams
