Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic alliances with blockchain partners, dApps, and protocols to boost market visibility.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to deal closure.
• Formulate and implement business development strategies to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of competitors and the Web3 landscape to provide strategic insights to the CEO.
• Guide and mentor the BD team and collaborate with product, marketing, and developer relations teams.
• Optimize and streamline BD processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of business development experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or hyper-growth tech.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.
• Established network within the Web3 ecosystem (dApps, protocols, VCs).
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
