Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, LinkedIn, DMs)
  • Build and own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Create and maintain accurate pipeline data and conversion metrics in CRM
  • Coordinate with UAE-based team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success
  • Provide market insights and contribute ideas to improve sales strategy

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in B2B or SME markets
  • Strong outbound sourcing and lead generation skills
  • CRM proficiency and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field visits and UAE travel when required
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling financial products or fintech solutions
  • Familiarity with UAE SME landscape and local business practices
  • 1-3+ years in a sales or business development role targeting SMEs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
