Responsibilities

  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Research of potential new customers
  • Initial telephone contact (Cold Calling)
  • Qualification of interested parties
  • Scheduling appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Use of modern sales tools like LinkedIn, Lead Forensics, and Lusha
  • Contribution to building a successful sales pipeline
  • Support in processing incoming leads
  • CRM maintenance and documentation

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales and communication
  • Enjoyment of telephone work and human contact
  • Self-initiative and motivation
  • Structured way of working
  • Good German language skills (written and spoken)
  • English skills are an advantage
  • Initial sales experience is welcome but not required
