Now part of the Axiom GRC division within the WorkNest group, IMSM delivers high-quality, results-driven consultancy to clients worldwide across the UK, Europe, North America, APAC, Africa, and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities where IMSM can add value to prospect businesses
  • Book appointments for the Field Sales Team to close new business opportunities
  • Contact senior-level decision makers via telephone and marketing plans
  • Provide market insights and competitor behaviour feedback to Campaign Managers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality appointments and revenue
  • Manage diaries intelligently to ensure high-quality sales meetings
  • Generate leads for other commercial departments within the company

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or telesales, specifically in B2B environments
  • Experience engaging with senior decision makers and navigating gatekeepers
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong ability to influence, persuade, and lead discussions
  • Ability to translate product features into sales benefits
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running a specific territory or sector in a sales capacity
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an analytical mindset
