
Business Development Executive - UAE Based

Job description
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market through digital tools and data insights.
- Implement clever multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Manage the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Keep CRM updated with pipeline metrics, status updates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the UAE-based team for smooth handovers, onboarding, and client success.
- Provide input on ideas, strategies, and market insights to enhance the sales process continually.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research and digital prospecting abilities (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- High resilience and work ethic; comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background in finance or related knowledge is a bonus but not necessary.
