Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market through digital tools and data insights.
  • Implement clever multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Manage the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Keep CRM updated with pipeline metrics, status updates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the UAE-based team for smooth handovers, onboarding, and client success.
  • Provide input on ideas, strategies, and market insights to enhance the sales process continually.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong research and digital prospecting abilities (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • High resilience and work ethic; comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Background in finance or related knowledge is a bonus but not necessary.
