Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Africa)

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve the performance of existing affiliates
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to drive trading users and income for the platform
• Devise creative strategies to identify potential affiliates
• Optimize business development strategies and plan actions to ensure conversion rates
• Analyze user habits and behavior to judge business development trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting (such as Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods, leveraging data analysis and segmentation
