Business Development Manager, Affiliate (Pakistan)

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve performance of existing affiliates
• Expand influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise business development strategy and plan actions to ensure conversion rate
• Analyse user habits and behaviour, and judge business development trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods using data analysis and segmentation
