Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dubai partners and UK-based managers to translate practice and sector strategies into targeted BD and marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute client targeting and relationship development plans to drive revenue growth
• Manage the Dubai BD and Marketing budget, including spend tracking and ROI analysis
• Support pitches and proposals by coordinating with partners and the UK bids team
• Collaborate with the London client development team to grow key client accounts in Dubai
• Maintain and update pitch credentials and marketing collateral in coordination with global BD operations
• Produce high-quality client-facing communications, managing timelines with design and digital teams
• Plan and deliver impactful events with Dubai lawyers and the UK events team
• Oversee digital content creation in collaboration with the global digital marketing team
• Support internal communications to promote Dubai and MENA activities across the firm
• Lead submissions for legal directories and awards to enhance the firm’s market profile
• Build strong working relationships across international offices to drive collaboration

Requirements

• Must currently be based in Dubai (essential requirement)
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within a professional services or legal environment
• Strong background in pitches, account management, marketing campaigns, awards, and directories
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai legal and professional services market
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership of projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience using CRM systems and producing meaningful business intelligence data
• Ambitious, motivated, and commercially astute
