Job description

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand relationships with clients, connectors and referral partners across the UAE.
  • Identify, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities; conduct discovery calls and gather deal requirements.
  • Lead high-value pitches and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Prepare proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Architects on project scoping and cost projections.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and optimise pipeline processes, reporting on KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Represent Blink22 at events and business initiatives to build brand awareness and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for Blink22 as a software house and propose new business strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies and delivery handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven background selling design, technology consulting or software services.
  • Experience positioning as a Trusted Advisor with senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of closing mid-to-large sized software or digital projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and best practices in sales and BD.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid UAE-based environment and representing the company at regional events.
