Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and close design & technology consulting deals and projects across UAE.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, connectors and referral partners; leverage existing network for introductions.
- Conduct outreach, attend events, and represent Blink22 to generate leads and strengthen partnerships.
- Position Blink22 as a trusted advisor by clearly communicating design and development capabilities during discovery and pitch meetings.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify opportunities, lead high-value conversations, run pitches, and progress deals through the pipeline.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Architects to create proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, resource and cost estimates.
- Oversee sales and marketing operations, optimize pipeline processes and support marketing initiatives to grow the Blink22 brand.
- Prioritize opportunities, track metrics, and work cross-functionally to implement best practices for business development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software, digital products or technology consulting services.

- Track record of building referral and partner networks in the UAE market.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, process-oriented environment and managing multiple projects with some uncertainty.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a value-driven approach to client relationships.
