Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a full BD pipeline including prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with affiliates, influencer networks, streamers, and media properties.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial terms such as revenue share, CPA, hybrid models, and performance tiers.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, including tracking setup (UTMs, postbacks), creative assets, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance through weekly check-ins and data-driven scaling decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contracts, invoicing, and payment terms.
  • Track key commercial metrics including sign-ups, FTDs, deposit volume, NGR, and CAC/CPA.

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, or affiliate management.
  • Background in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or performance marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with various commercial structures.
  • Proven ability to prospect and close deals independently.
  • Highly organized with strict CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize based on performance KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of affiliates, media buyers, communities, or KOL agencies.
  • Experience working within iGaming, casino, or sportsbook environments.
  • Technical understanding of tracking, postbacks, and attribution basics.
  • Familiarity with crypto payments and on-chain wallet flows.
