Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle B2B sales and business development to grow partnerships and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies in alignment with the CEO and growth team.
- Manage inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, outreach, and follow-up processes.
- Conduct market and partner research to identify targets, craft pitches, and inform strategy.
- Represent Daos Hub clearly and confidently in calls, events, and public engagements.
- Drive end-to-end partner communications, including pitch creation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Close deals with startup founders, tech leaders, venture partners, and institutional partners.
- Track KPIs, maintain the relationship funnel, and iterate on outreach and conversion tactics.
- Own partnership activation and joint initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and reporting.
