Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and new customer acquisition across the UAE through high‑volume outreach
  • Own the full 360�sales cycle from prospecting to close; maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with support from your manager and team
  • Research, prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
  • Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader in HealthTech

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; healthcare industry experience desired but not required
  • Comfortable with phone, virtual and in‑person acquisition; resilient and target‑driven
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑activity, transactional sales environment
  • Ability to manage large lead volumes and frequent outbound touch points
  • Based in Abu Dhabi with ability to work in a hybrid model across the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to healthcare professionals in the UAE
  • Proven success in KPI‑driven, high‑volume outbound sales
  • Scale‑up or start‑up experience
