Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and new customer acquisition across the UAE through high‑volume outreach
- Own the full 360�sales cycle from prospecting to close; maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs with support from your manager and team
- Research, prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
- Become an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader in HealthTech
Requirements
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; healthcare industry experience desired but not required
- Comfortable with phone, virtual and in‑person acquisition; resilient and target‑driven
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑activity, transactional sales environment
- Ability to manage large lead volumes and frequent outbound touch points
- Based in Abu Dhabi with ability to work in a hybrid model across the UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to healthcare professionals in the UAE
- Proven success in KPI‑driven, high‑volume outbound sales
- Scale‑up or start‑up experience
