Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and convert potential SME clients across the UAE market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyse and report sales metrics; present insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech/financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE SME landscape and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and performance metrics analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
- Prior experience selling financial products or lending solutions to SMEs.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with onboarding processes.
