Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels
  • Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies
  • Represent specific universities or colleges located in Europe, North America, or Asia
  • Source agents through fairs, business trips, enquiries, and referrals
  • Generate new revenue from existing streams and identify new opportunities
  • Develop and train education agents on brand promotion

Requirements

  • Experience in international student recruitment for higher education
  • Established and relevant agency network with solid stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of developing business partners and growing client relationships
  • Ability to deliver workshops, presentations, and host conferences
  • Understanding of industry trends for strategic planning and forecasting
  • Experience performing client research and industry engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce or database management experience
  • Direct institutional representation experience or significant agency management experience
