Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate incremental revenue streams
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction
• Manage an annual revenue target of at least USD 5 Million
• Structure market activities and prioritize customer opportunities
• Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) processes and manage tender responses
• Support the finance team with the collection of accounts receivables
• Map customer security requirements to appropriate technical solutions

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• 3-5 years of successful experience in the Gulf region within IT networking or information security
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, or RSA
• Strong experience responding to RFPs and Tenders
• Solid understanding of management systems, including ISMS and BCMS
• Excellent presentation and professional communication skills
• Ability to manage CXO-level relationships and long-term client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales certifications from various industry vendors
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Background specifically in Cyber Security within the UAE
