Business Development Manager - HPE POD

Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities for HPE POD and modular data center solutions across AI, education, research, and enterprise environments
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities for modular data center deployments including AI factory infrastructure and HPC clusters
• Lead engagement with customers to translate technical and business requirements into POD-based solutions
• Work with account teams and solution architects to develop end-to-end proposals including infrastructure architecture and modular facility design
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives on modern data center architecture and AI-ready infrastructure
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing partners
• Lead major proposal efforts and RFP responses for modular data center solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic ecosystem partners such as cooling technology providers and construction manufacturers
• Provide market intelligence to influence the evolution of the HPE POD portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• 6+ years of professional experience in data center infrastructure, HPC environments, or modular infrastructure
• Experience in business development, solution sales, or infrastructure consulting
• Experience engaging with senior technical and executive stakeholders
• Experience supporting complex infrastructure deals involving multiple stakeholders and partners
• Strong understanding of modular data centers, high-density GPU environments, and liquid cooling
• Strong commercial acumen for structuring large infrastructure deals

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and accelerated computing platforms
• Experience with enterprise and hyperscale data center operations
• Ability to work across multi-technology environments including compute, networking, and storage
