Business Development Manager International

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, development, and execution of business development opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal marketing, legal, product, and operations teams
• Oversee the lifecycle of business development projects from strategy to execution
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Develop and present business proposals, partnership models, and strategic alliances
• Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships and collaborations
• Monitor project progress and track KPIs
• Ensure all efforts are compliant with relevant regulations like KYC and AML
• Evaluate new product offerings such as token launches, NFTs, and DeFi services

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or fintech
• Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, and NFTs
• Proven track record in negotiating high-level partnerships and managing complex projects
• Familiarity with crypto industry regulations (KYC, AML, securities laws)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset for market research and strategic insights
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Fluency in English
