Responsibilities

  • Expand indirect sales channels and drive revenue for metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants
  • Identify, onboard, and develop distributor partnerships in key international markets
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy based on market trends and competitive insights
  • Own full P&L responsibility, managing budgets and optimizing margins
  • Align distributor needs with internal sales, marketing, product, and technical teams
  • Resolve operational challenges in the sales chain to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Gather market intelligence to inform product portfolio development
  • Travel internationally to build relationships, attend events, and stay ahead of market developments

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial or metalworking lubricants
  • Proven track record in business development and indirect sales growth
  • Expertise in distributor models and indirect sales channel management
  • International mindset with strategic, analytical thinking
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
