Job description

Responsibilities

  • Execute commercial strategies for new ultrasound-based AI products and solutions within the Ventures organization
  • Develop and implement innovative, scalable business models tailored to diverse emerging markets
  • Drive new revenue streams by identifying and executing global and regional business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary commercial interface for the Gates Foundation program and other strategic collaborations
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (R&D, Clinical, Marketing, Finance) and external stakeholders like NGOs and Ministries of Health
  • Lead the negotiation, structuring, and delivery of strategic global and regional deals, including risk-sharing models
  • Support regional markets with commercialization frameworks, pricing approaches, and go-to-market tools
  • Track program progress, manage risks, and deliver on key performance metrics including revenue and adoption rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management (or 7+ years with a Master's degree)
  • Proven experience working in medical devices, ultrasound, digital health, or AI-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated capability leading multimillion-dollar partnerships, global health programs, or donor-funded initiatives
  • Strong understanding of LMIC healthcare ecosystems and access-to-care models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, matrixed global environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Global Health, or a related discipline
