About the Company

Phizenix Inc is a Tech Talent Solutions, IT Services and IT Consulting organization based out of Livermore, CA. We partner with leading enterprises and high-growth tech organizations to deliver top IT talent through direct, contract, and MSP-managed staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and open net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and enterprise sectors
  • Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions targeting $2M–$5M deal values
  • Navigate and win within MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, IQN)
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with Phizenix recruiting teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close, and account growth
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing
  • Proven track record of acquiring new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+
  • Hands-on experience working within MSP environments and VMS platforms
  • Established network of hiring managers, procurement leads, or CXO contacts in the Bay Area
  • Experience selling to Silicon Valley clients (tech, SaaS, semiconductor, or enterprise)
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads independently
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at or selling alongside firms
  • Familiarity with SOW-based staffing engagements
  • Experience in both direct client and MSP channel sales motions
