Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategy for DTC and pure player customers to drive revenue and market share
  • Build joint business plans (JBPs) with indirect customers in alignment with distributor partners
  • Identify and onboard new DTC and pure play retail partners
  • Manage end-to-end commercial relationships including pricing, promotions, and forecasting
  • Serve as the primary contact for indirect customers and distributor commercial teams
  • Own digital shelf execution across pure player platforms, including content and search visibility
  • Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams on on-site campaigns and promotional events
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out forecasts
  • Manage promotional budgets and trade spend to maximize ROI

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial or sales role within Consumer Electronics or Small Domestic Appliances
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce or pure player accounts (e.g., Amazon)
  • Experience working with indirect channels or third-party distributors
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sell-out and digital shelf metrics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central or retail media platforms
  • Familiarity with digital shelf analytics tools like Stackline or Profitero
  • Background in category management or trade marketing
  • Multilingual capability relevant to the Middle East and South Africa markets
