Confident communication skills Strong commercial awareness and proactivity Pro-active sales, recruitment or business development environment Ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals Interest in financial markets and current affairs Experience navigating through business sites, such as LinkedIn, company directories
