Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results in the residential construction space through market research and lead generation
  • Identify and manage high-potential key accounts to strengthen market presence
  • Design and implement customized growth programs, such as Impact Rewards and Trade In Trade Up
  • Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with top national accounts in the residential and home service markets
  • Establish strategic partnerships with national associations via key retailers like Lowe's and The Home Depot
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine targeting strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to drive engagement and loyalty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Showpad
  • Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
