Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the residential construction sector by identifying high-potential key accounts and conducting market research.
  • Design and implement customized programs to convert national accounts, leveraging initiatives like Impact Rewards and Extended Warranty.
  • Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with the top 20-30 national accounts within the residential and home service market.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with national associations by leveraging key retailers such as Lowe's and The Home Depot.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine targeting strategies and stay ahead of market dynamics.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to facilitate program adoption and long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, PowerBi, and Showpad.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
