Job description

Gift Fest is a large-scale monetization event built as a Telegram Mini App, and we are hiring in the UAE. This role is based in Dubai (hybrid) with remote flexibility, focused on scaling international commercial partnerships and driving revenue across Gift Fest seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Drive international business development for Gift Fest seasons
  • Source, attract, and onboard commercial partners
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing
  • Manage post-deal partner success and growth
  • Create and localize pitch decks and sales materials
  • Model deal economics, ROI, and profitability
  • Provide ideas to improve partner engagement and outcomes

Requirements

  • Middle/Senior BD experience in digital products, gamedev, or large platforms
  • Proven B2B/B2B2C sales, partnerships, and affiliate experience
  • Strong cold and warm outreach, pitching, and negotiation with global partners
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and parallel deals
  • Strong analytical and commercial modeling skills (ROI, unit economics)
  • Proactive, results-driven, revenue-focused mindset
  • English C1 mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Telegram ecosystem or mini apps
  • Background in gaming, virtual goods, or media monetization
  • Familiarity with affiliate operations and performance marketing
  • Skilled with CRM tools and sales automation
  • Additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
